Craft Beer Grain Crackers


We collect grain from local brewers, toast the malted barley in our oven, and ferment it in sourdough to bring out craft beer flavor in our crackers.

All of our crackers are made with sourdough, a natural wild yeast culture started right here in our bakery and lab-tested to let us know that it is made up from the same yeast and bacteria species used in beer brewing, so of course it brings out the same great flavors that the brewers selected their grains for in the first place.

We believe that flavor should be celebrated and not composted! Please try our crackers and see for yourself.
